Israel has launched a lot of air attacks in Lebanon, killing and hurting hundreds of people. Officials say the fight against the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah is still going on, even though there is a ceasefire in Iran.
Israel said it was the biggest wave of airstrikes in this battle, striking more than 100 of what it called Hezbollah command centers and military sites in under 10 minutes. The southern the countryside of Beirut, southern Lebanon, and the eastern Bekaa Valley were all hit. The Lebanese health ministry announced that at least 182 people had died and 890 had been hurt.
